I think the first KPI would be what good are we doing this program, so are we engaging to improve compliance, improve self-care, perhaps improve clinical research. The second one would be about feedback. So, gaining feedback from the patients and understanding what their needs are and trying to fulfill them. So actually asking those questions, "How are we doing?" Third, simple. Measure your baseline reputation, and then measure your reputation after you've done, or after you've started your program. What I think another KPI needs to be, and I think businesses perhaps need to understand a little bit, these have to be long-term programs.
